Terms of Service

The service

SOGA helps you understand and grow your Instagram presence: it analyzes the performance of your posts and stories, explains what to improve, sends weekly reports and lets you edit and schedule content. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and which role each member has, and are responsible for the members they invite.

Connecting Instagram

SOGA works only with Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator) that you are allowed to manage. You connect an account through Instagram's own login screen and can disconnect it at any time.

SOGA depends on Meta's official API, and Meta decides what the API allows. For example, stickers such as links or polls cannot be published to stories through the API, story publishing is available only for some account types, and Instagram limits how many posts can be published per day. If Meta changes or limits the API, some SOGA features may change or stop working.

You must follow Instagram's terms and community guidelines. SOGA is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and publish that content only to provide SOGA as you instruct. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish. SOGA publishes content only when you explicitly ask it to.

Analytics, recommendations and AI

Numbers in SOGA come from Instagram and from our calculations. Recommendations, including explanations written with the help of AI, are for information only; they may be incomplete or wrong, and we do not promise any particular result, such as follower growth.

Acceptable use

Do not use SOGA to break the law or anyone's rights, to publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, to access accounts or workspaces you are not authorized to use, to interfere with SOGA's security or operation, or to copy, scrape or reverse engineer SOGA.

Plans and payments

SOGA may offer paid plans. Prices, trial terms and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to the store's terms.

Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using SOGA and request the deletion of your account at any time (see the Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put SOGA or other users at risk; where possible, we will tell you first.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOGA is provided as it is. We are not responsible for Instagram's availability or decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

The governing law and the competent courts will be specified after legal review.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using SOGA after that, you accept the updated terms.
